This policy explains what information Scratch & Dent Motors collects through this website and how we use it.
Information you send us
When you use our estimate form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle and a description of the damage. We use this information only to respond to you about your repair. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
Spam protection
To keep automated spam out of our inbox, the form checks how and how quickly it was filled in, and briefly records a one-way scrambled version of the sending network address to limit repeated submissions. If our spam-protection service from Cloudflare is turned on, Cloudflare may also process technical information about your browser to confirm you are a person.
Maps
Our map is provided by Google. It only loads if you choose to show it, and Google’s own privacy policy applies once it does.
Automated visitors
We keep records of visits from search engine and AI crawlers, including their network addresses, so we can see how our pages are indexed. We do not record the network address of people visiting the site for this purpose.
