Here are straight answers to the questions drivers ask us most about estimates, appointments, insurance, timing, cost and our guarantee. If your question is not here, call (678) 902-2891.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free and there is no obligation. Bring the vehicle by during business hours or call (678) 902-2891 to set a time, and we will look at the damage with you and explain what the repair involves before any work starts.
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is the best way to make sure someone can walk around the car with you right away, but you are welcome to stop by for an estimate Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Can I use my insurance at your shop?
Yes. We work with your insurance company on the estimate and the repair. Your insurer may suggest a shop, but where your car gets repaired is your choice.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the damage and on parts. A small scratch or dent can often be handled quickly, while collision and frame work takes longer. We give you a time estimate when we write up the repair and keep you updated if anything changes.
How much does dent or scratch repair cost?
Price depends on the size and depth of the damage, where it is on the car, and whether the panel needs paint. The fastest way to a real number is a free in-person estimate at the shop.
Do you work on vans and trucks?
Yes. We repair cars, vans and trucks of every make and model, for individual drivers and for businesses with work vehicles.
Is your work guaranteed?
Every repair and paint job comes with our satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, bring the vehicle back and we will make it right.
Where are you located?
We are at 502 85th Cir, College Park, GA 30349, just off Forest Parkway and Clark Howell Highway, on the southeast side of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, minutes from the I-75 and I-285 interchange.
What are your hours?
Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Closed Sunday.
Can paintless dent repair fix my dent?
Paintless dent repair works when the paint is not cracked or chipped and the technician can reach the back of the panel. Sharp creases, stretched metal and damaged paint usually need conventional dent repair and refinishing. We will tell you which applies after we look at it.
